It's Snowing Mommy!

AWWW!  Mason's first snow.  He didn't have much of a reaction.  Of course, I'm not sure what we were expecting.  We walked around a little.  We saw a few folks sledding and then we set Mason on the ground to take a few pictures.  He liked it for about 2 seconds and then starting screaming. I will have to admit....I wouldn't want to sit in it either.  Too cold!

7 Months, Really?

OMG!!  Mason is 7 months.  Can you believe that?  We can't.  Kevin and I look back at his newborn pictures all of the time.  It is unbelievable how much he has changed just in these few short months.

Holiday "Catch Up"

So, it's January 12th and I'm just sitting down to post about Christmas.  Short and sweet of it......we had a great 1st Christmas with Mason.  We actually woke up Christmas morning in our own bed and didn't have to drive anywhere.  It was very nice.  The Pritchett's and Kranz families came to our house this year and we had way too many gifts to open.  Nana and Papa are too kind and we are ALL spoiled.  Of course, Nana says, "Next year, we're cutting back" :)   Mason recieved soooooo many gifts.  I kind of lost count of who gave what, so for that I apologize, but we appreciated everything.  Mason has been slowly enjoying his gifts, but his favorite is still the Rain Forest Jumper from Grammy.

Kevin and I were able to slip away for a night for New Year's Eve.  We went to Myrtle Beach again with our friends.  We had a great time, but as usual forgot to take the camera.  As a matter of fact, I don't think anyone took pictures the whole time we were there.  We had a great condo on the beach.  It was more like an apartment.  Great place and we look forward to going again.  We would love to go during the summer for a week, but I'm sure it's a mad house during that time.  So here are the few pictures that we or someone else was able to capture for us.

Enjoy!!

Harley Melvin 1999 - 2010

We said goodbye to our Harley today.  You will be forever missed.  You were such a loyal companion to all of us and we wish you no more pain.  Rest in peace good boy.
