It's been so hot this summer that we have barely gone outside the past two weeks. We have had 7 + days of temperatures in the triple digits. One day this week was 104.
Mason loves to go outside, but even now he says, "I hot Mommy", "Juice". We have been keeping busy. Running errands, reading books, watching Nick Jr., shopping, whatever we can do inside. We're definitely ready for Fall. Unless we are in or near water during the Summer, we prefer the cooler months.
Mason was more interested in moving the "ball" around, than actually playing in the water. He wanted to figure out where the water was coming from. I think he was also a little aggravated too because the water was right at the level of his face.
Well, the fun lasted about 20 minutes and he was done. He wanted juice and wanted to go inside (and he had a stinky hiney). HA!
